To this end one of Pillar’s owners, Clay Bush has joined forces with his brother Jake to form Bush & Bush Coffee Systems. This technological arm of Pillar is an education and development, equipment company in its own right. Whether it’s designing equipment for the coffee industry or utilising Jakes 30 yeaars in heavy industry process engineering to refurb and redesign Pillar’s coffee roasters, Backed by Bush & Bush, Pillar is always looking for new ways to roast better or develop better coffee process.
