Refund policy
Incorrect item
If you received items that were not as per what you ordered (e.g. wrong product type), we will take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. Please let us know via needmorecoffeebeans@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance.)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For applicable returns, please contact needmorecoffeebeans@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as perishable items (coffee beans, tea, food), and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All coffee and tea must meet these high standards or it will not be dispatched. Because of this, we do not except returns on perishable products. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your coffee or tea, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at needmorecoffeebeans@gmail.com
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if your change your mind, nor on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
